Slander? Oh and it is "attorney." I will never understand why people think they are helping by continually bumping a thread. Especially, when they have nothing to offer but anger and veiled threats.

For those of you who are concerned, Paul Thomas is currently suing the Mangos (Rick, Lucille, and Chris Mango) for: Libel, Slander, Deformation of character, Forgery, and illegal Eviction. I've come across an e-mail from Jacob De Leon, (Paul Thomas' lawyer) concerning the petition to be served. However I have removed the original petition PDF file, this should provide enough evidence that this is a true statement, and if anyone feels they need more evidence they should contact Jacob De Leon, Paul Thomas or perhaps Enrico Mango.

You know, removing the petition pdf file, deprived us of any means to independantly confirm what you are claiming.

That's the reason I removed his earlier posts. If you are going to continually bump a thread claiming to have information you need to post the proof. "I know something you don't know and you must jump through hoops to get it" is not how MABS works. If you are too scared or have another legitimate reason to remove or not post proof contact Sam off line or another mod before bumping the thread again.
