a basic problem:I'm constantly plagued by dierrea. I eat:
Breakfast:Oatmeal w/protein and creatine cooked in, with brown sugar and cinnomen to taste and olive oil and milk to texture.
Brunch:A turkey sammich with 6-8 slices turkey(10-15g protein) on whole wheat, a slice swiss cheese(4g protein) and spicy brown mustard to taste
Lunch:1-1 1/4 cups beans with nothing to taste...yuck
Blinner:40 gram slam, a dish I make by taking 3 eggs, 6-8 slices turkey and a slice swiss cheese and lubing up a skillet w/olive oil and a splash of milk, then stir fry-scramble the **** out of it till it's cooked, then putting the mixture into a bowl, and drowning it in hot sauce before devouring it.
Before workout:a protein-creatine-olive oil-milk shake of 50g protein and aroung 20g carbs

I sip green and black tea all day to keep my metabolism fires stoked.

It could be any number or combinations of those things, or it could be other things like food preparation or cleanliness. It's impossible to tell.

Style: In Transition
Go to a doctor. I had problems with my stomach (got diarrhea often, constipation, etc). Dad kept telling me it was life-style problems. Not active, eating junk food, etc. It's true I wasn't active, but I ate almost no junk food and lots of fresh fruits and veggies, though. Then I started TKD and nothing changed. Dad STILL kept telling me it was lifestyle problems. Finally I went to the doctor. Suprise surprise! It was H. Pylori. I got rid of it and it's MUCH better now. Constant diarrhea isn't something everybody has. Go see a doctor.

Dumbell Upright Rows on Swiss Ball 3 sets
Lunges 3 Sets
Deep Dips 3 sets
Leg Extension 3 sets
Dumbell Curls on Swiss Ball 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets
