    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    I don't know what it's called..

I'm not sure what you would call repeatedly punching or kicking a hard surface to strengthen bone and skin... You know when you were a young kid and you were playing around and hit your shin and screamed words you never knew you thought you knew? I don't want my shin to hurt when I kick someone in the head.. or when I punch someone in the head I don't want to hurt my fingers or knuckles.. I already have a seriously jammed in ring finger (ouch). But if you know what I'm getting at, I'd like to know a good routine or workout for doing this kind of umm "conditioning of the bone n such"...:disgust:

You will **** yourself up in the long run, end of story. You don't need that kind of conditioning today.

You CAN'T condition the bones to be stronger or "more callused", it doesn't work that way.
What you can do is "deaden" the feeling on your striking limbs, and you can get that from bag work and such.
No need to beat up some innocent tree or some unsuspecting piece of lumber.

You shouldn't do that kind of training without proper instruction. I'm led to understand that there's a pretty thin line between good training (of that nature) and crippling yourself.

    you guessed right.
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

You should come train where I do. We go to the jungle and mastersenseishidoshisoke drops civil war cannonballs on our shins from 30 feet above us. We then headbutt walls to make our heads strong like brick. Then we retire to a nice game of tetherball using a ball with steel spikes. The website is www.TrainLikeAFuckingMoron.com
