    There's no clear answer to that question. it was certainly mainly Angolan slaves in Brazil that developed capoeira there, and supposedly there are some strong similarities to a game/art played in Angola. But whether you could call what the Angolans were doing in Angola capoeira isn't clear; the safest bet is to simply acknowledge that capoeira, developed and evolved in Brazil, has Angolan roots.

    I don´t think there is a nedd for "cardio capoeira", it gives you a hard conditioning per se, doesn´t need more marketing.
