You have just described my life. If I weren't already slightly drunk, I'd probably cry. I plan on punching out as soon as my undergrad work is done; I'll probably move back to St. Louis where $400K buys me a three-story mansion with property, rather than a tiny fucking condo.

$1.2 million for a tiny house here...that's 4 stories (with basement), pool, sizeable property, seperated 2-3 car garage, and potentially nanny quarters located in University City (of Nelly fame, though the Loop is not in fact the ghetto). Why do people move here volunatarily? Is the weather REALLY worth that much?

It's not what you make- it's what you keep. If I could move out fo California- family etc- I wouldn't think twice.

I moved out of California with my family two years ago. In California the house I live in now would cost a million dollars. I'm not shitting you. The house I live in now cost about 230,000.
I think Texans are the dumbest people I have ever met in my entire life but at least the real estate is cheap. Also they are the nicest people I have ever met too so that kind of cancels the dumb thing out.

    3) Monster Island MMA - Their website is down but I sent them an email. They have two blackbelts there.
    4) Fairtex MT

Are there any more options? Do any of you train there?
To the new poster who started teh thread looking for bay area schools.
1)Daly City Charles Gracie. Charles doesnt teach. There are at least two good black belts running the school and I know one of the browns personally and he is a great guy to learn from. Realize though you're not paying to learn from a 5th degree blackbelt.

    2) Go to Kurt's schoool.

I'm pissed. I responded to this bumped post because I didn't realize the other thread was bumped too.

    Fuckers.
