Anyways, a lot of foreign countries do things like this with their elite troops. Its very rehearsed (the fighting parts). Also, it does not take any skill to stand there and have people smash **** on you and/or hit you.
We were out in Egypt to train some of their SAAKA (lightning) commandos and they also wanted to demonstrate their skills and they put on a multiple opponent fight sequence. It was great, just like an old Jackie Chan flick. Very, very rehearsed. The blocks were there before the attacks came. It was a good show though. Enough about that.

The Soviets had something similar, they used to call them something similar to Hollywood companies. All they would do is pump iron, practice crazy acrobatic stuff, and let stuff get smashed off of them.

Breaking **** over oneself sometimes isn't that easy. I've done that stick breaking thing on my instructor and he was left with welts and popped vessels. Does it hurt? Yes. Does it have anythign to do with fighting? Eh not really. Does it look cool and do the laymen go nuts over it? hell yea
