    Starting Over

Tonight I've basicly had to start over from scratch on my stance and punches. I've started training privately with a pro fighter, and it's one of those sobering moments when you think you're hot **** one second, then you realize you have to relearn a lot of basics to get the technique right and fill in the holes and bad habbits you've picked up at prior training. I don't mind though, it's what I need to get to the next level.

It's a lot like going from using strength as a beginner while rolling to just using technique.

Anyone else have a similiar experiance?

J.D. Stanley, you may know him since he's a team quest guy. He has 20 something amateur fights and 9 pro.

It was either food or Aesopian, which would you rather eat?
