El Paso Bullshido?

I got into a fairly ugly argument with another poster on Sherdog
about whether his school was legit and whether he should
be trying any sort of MMA tournament (http://www.sherdog.net/forums/showthread.php?t=252150).

I feel that this is a bullshido school, but I can't really tell for sure.
Is there any evidence either way?

I live in El Paso. From what I've heard from other people it's a pretty decent school. The teacher sounds a little eccentric but a lot of martial arts teachers are. The only real MMA school here is Bushido Martial Arts Acadamy www.bushidoninja.com I can ask around about Hayashi's.

From what I can tell this Bushido place is a complete joke. There head intructor failed to show up for a recently scheduled amateur MMA fight, and lasted seconds in a prvious fight he had years ago. Hayashi's is yet another suspect place where the the owner claims to have won a Gold medal in the Pan Am games and multiple golden gloves ,neither of which is true.There is one guy named Benny Benavides who has apparently has competed and won at the Pan am games multiple times, but his facility is a mess with very poor mats and he is full of himself, and is constantly telling you how great he is instead of teaching during your lesson.
