Starts from sherdog probably aren't within the same time bracket, and probably not restricted to UFC and Pride.

If you do the stats for the 1993-1997 submissions you get:
RNC - 27%
Guillotine - 17%
Arm Bar - 20%
Armlock - 9%
Front Choke - 9%
Triangle - 5%
Heel Hook/Ankle - 4%
Kneebar - 3%
Neck Crank - 3%
Arm Choke - 2%
Rear Choke (Not RNC) - 1%
