The stress may be preventing you from sleeping deeply. MMA should relieve your stress, not add to it. Perhaps you should think about putting it on hold for now. School is more important as an F on your record will prevent you from getting into a good college. Try a glass of warm milk and meditation before bed.

If your hungry eat more. It sounds like your burning off too many calories, especially since you are still developing being a teen ager and all. Couple that in with school, and everything else your doing, you should probably train a little less, and find some time to actually relax your mind and have a little down time.

Just an opinion...
If this keeps up for another week or so...go see your doctor. He/she is much more likely to accurately diagnose and/or advise you than what you'll read here. They know you and have a personal benchmark of your "normal" to compair against. There is nothing wrong with some of the advise here but...when it's your health, just like your training, one on one with a professional is always your best bet.
