So after years of saying I was going to do it, I finally got off of my ass and got a gym membership. I've been watching my foods, stretching regularly between workout sessions, and will soon have a workout routine. Though I'm glad about all of that, I've noticed that with nearly every weightlifting exercise I've done, my joints squelch, creak, and pop almost constantly. There's no real pain associated with it, but it's pretty loud. I had people 10 feet away asking if I was ok. I'm pretty sure this has been asked tons of times, but are some people just creaky?
