This thread came up on KFO a few weeks ago and someone ID's the guy as actually one of the guys who founded the sport. He's put out a good number of successful fighters too. from my understanding (this was on the board a coupla weeks back) that's tiger mask (can't recall his real name) in a shooto club.
i believe in some body conditioning but i think that's a little too much. there's a difference between a light hit and ponging a guy in the brain with a stick. -
