UFC 41 Play-by-Play

I beg to differ my fingerorMoon boy! There are MANY more people who watch boxing than UFC. The pay-per-view alone from the Tyson/Lewis fight probably had more viewer than all the UFC fights put together. Enough said!!

Okay lets instigate a basic rule in the forums.
You cannot express an opinion with no knowledge of facts then state 'enough said!'.
Enough said about what? You just made that up.

I know there are many more peope who watch boxing than UFC. I never said there wasn't.

You're point seemed to be not many people give a **** about UFC in the world. Fair enough.

My point was not many people give a **** about boxing either. Its considered a joke by the majority of the world.

Just because more people watch it at this time than UFC doesn't make it better or worse.

I think the article was a bit jaded but does make a good point or two. Fair enough. Still, boxing is the most watched "fighting" sport. And yes, I stand by my comment, more people watched the last Tyson/Lewis fight than all the UFC fights together.

Why is Ken Shamrock even considered a legend? Sure, he helped establish the sport by being there at the start and he did compete when there were "no" rules .. but his NHB record is:

8 wins, 5 losses, 2 draws

That's not that great compared to dozens of other guys. Frank Shamrock for example, a true legend and a decent guy. Ken on the other hand talked smack constantly back in the day and was an arrogant son of a bitch. He got what he deserved against Tito. He should have tried to have a sense of humor instead of thinking he "made" this sport and "deserved" respect. He was the Tito of the early UFC and he got spanked by the new one.

Frank on the other hand .. kicked Tito's ass.

Frank = legend
Ken = not

Just my opinion. Sorry Ken. :P

Its Kinda Funny that you talk about Ken Like that. If Ken wasn't even in his correct wieght class to fight Tito, so I wouldn't say that Tito kicked Ken's ass since Ken was in that Condition. Also Ken is going to come back as a heavy weight because he fought better as one.

And another thing. Why do most of you like Tank Abbott so much? He is just some fat guy with no skill. He only sparrs and lifts weights. He is the Fox News stero-type of an NHB fighter.

Most "toughguys" have NO BRAIN! I'm not trying to stir the pot here, but if all you do is train to beat people up; then you are not a real man/woman. It shows a real lack of intelligence. To truly be a complete person one needs to train the body, the mind, and the spirit. Can I get an AMEN??
