    Ulitamate Workouts

    I need a few good workouts ..I have a fight in 2 months ..so yeah ..i could use the extra hard workouts for at least a month......I want full workouts maybe even dare workouts ..that encompass the whole body and endurance strentgh and speed ....
    pnching drills and icking drill s ...
    only restriction should be no extra stuff need ed such as you can do the workout witha medicine ball and light dumbells ...I dont heavy lift

    Why haven't your Krav instructors given you the appropriate workouts? One of the hallmarks of the system is extremely tough workouts.

    What kind of fight exactly ?

    Striking ? Grappling ? What are the rules ?

    If its a full contact striking tournament do lots of pad work, heavy bag work and sparring. You can't go wrong with that.

    I suppose it depends.

    If you have to stay within a certain weight category for competition, then lifting heavy weights and bulking up to become bigger in size may not be a good idea.

    If your used to fighting middleweight, you don't want to enter a tournament fighting heavyweight guys.
