I've always had a problem understanding these sorts of demos. Now, granted some of these strikes will definitely hurt. However, the way I see it .I would most likely get the first effects anyone gets. That sense of shock - when you are under attack - when someone is hitting you. But then my mind you react and I will start my counter-attack against the other person. Not once in any of the clips I've seen those the Demo partner returns in force. So, my question is how effective can this system be against the non-student type?
I also notice that the more elaborate the demos the more the Instructor in the video would seem to pause and think what to do next. Has anyone else notice this?
Personally I think he's trying to cash in on the recent Martial arts movies that have come out.Last edited by CanucKyokushin; 3/15/2005 4:33pm at .

It seems like this system takes a page out of the movie The Perfect Weapon. All he needs is a dragon tiger ring and he would fit right in. Although I see many techniques some that seem like they would work. but lests face it most fights just don't happen that smooth. I don't think that he has shown anything new here just alot of what ifs and who cares.
Although I do like the shot of the instructor on the upper left hand of the gallery he has already trapped himself! -
