    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Creatine- before or after workout?

    Or both?

Sorry everyone, I'm sure this has been discussed before but I couldn't find it searching around.

I have been googling around and found conflicting opinions about when to take creatine, before or after working out. I've never taken creatine before.

This is the one I bought last night:

    http://www.sncdirect.com/creatine/creatine-blast.html

It contains BCAAs, and some other sheeyit. Your advice will be much appreciated.

I take it before the workout because it allows me to train harder.

Thanks you guys, but...damn. Now here I am with conflicting opinions again.

The little note on the bottle says to take it an hour before, and again right after the workout if you weigh more than 125Ibs, so maybe I'll just do that until I work myself into a rythm. Anyone else wanna chime in?

Oh- just started car-pushing, Emevas, so thanks again for that too.

More energy. I don't know if it's actually the creatine since NO-Xplode has a bunch of other crap in it besides creatine.

I found that taking it pre-workout made me feel stronger

I'd imagine it's the No Xplode, due to the ridiculous amount of creatine and other stimulants it has. Creatine itself shouldn't have that impact.

    Purely from a psychological standpoint?

The nature of creatine really shouldn't mean this.

It probably was psycological or that I was less tired on the days when I was taking notice.

I can't take it any more because it makes my head feel awful. I almost passed out at BJJ a few months ago, knocked it on the head and decided to try it again the other day. Didn't pass out but my head felt awful.
