So far my current training for a comp in the next 5 days includes pigging out in an attempt to regain the weight I loss from food poisoning two weeks ago.
Up until then, I was doing 45 minutes of bike HIIT with 2-3 minutes intervals, with bagwork/jumping rope as my cardio on off days. I was doing some strength training Sun-Tues, and endurance training Thurs-Sat. Was going to class Sun, Mon and Wed until I got a shoulder injury.
I keep getting fucked up =P

There's no reason to hate me. I think that's a strong word. Honestly, I keep myself in good shape either way. Today I rode for about 7 miles, which isn't to bad for me on a "bad" day. I still eat right, usually, and haven't ever been more than 180 pounds ever.

180 was big for me. When I fought in the only MMA fight I'll ever do, I had to make 155, which was made without any problem at all. The guy I was supposed to fight was allegedly the same, but pulled out, so they replaced him with someone 10 lbs heavier. Oh well.
You shouldn't hate me either.
