i was wondering if just working out eat major mucle once a week would gain mass or if i should work out more. Currently i do each 2-3 times a week. also if i should work out each muscle group once a week then should i do it til i can't feel like i can lift anymore.

    im not a body builder
but i dont think 1nc a week is enough to get the results that you seem to want
might i suggest every other day, balance the routines so that you fit exercises of each
body muscle (eg. legs, arms, core).

I was also told that if you wanted mass, you eat the equivalent amount of protien powder as your weight x 2 in grams or something, dont take it from me though, you might want to check up on the nutrition parts of body building.

What's your routine look like? Put up the exercises, sets, rep, and a good idea of your diet as well as your height, weight, current build, and your lifting experience so we can get a good idea.

Who, for Pete’s sake! Is opposing science? In fact, we want MORE science by CRITICALLY ANALIZING the evidence-Connie Morris, Kansas State BOE (bolding and underlining part of original quote, red is my emphasis)

    By eat, they mean snort.
Nosebleeds are common for beginners though, just a adjustment phase.

You can use them in enemas too, this way it gets directly into your bloodstream.

I hope you're bulking up from when I open a world of pain on your fragile choir boy body. This is serious.
