I LOVE Red Meat. The Cartoon and the food. I honor of this thread (and since I thought it was a cooking thread), I'll share on of my favorite recipes. Its MA related, cheap, easy, and fucking delicious.

This Recipe comes to us care of my friend Anthony (not of this site), my main snowboarding partner, Dan Zan Ryu JJ practitioner, and accupunucturist in training, and is now a staple on the menu of Big Will's Bar and Grill.

We first grilled it the night we watched the movie that gave it its name:

    ONG BAK BEEF!!!

    -Take alot of SKIRT STEAK
-Put it in a big freezer bag and fill the bag with any of the SOY VEY SAUCE(s).

-Now, the important part: without tearing the bag or spilling the sauce/marinade, you must now BEAT the MEAT. Beat it Ong Bak Style: fists, forearms, elbows, giant Buddha heads, etc. You must have fire in your eyes when you do this!

-Let it MARINATE for as long as possible, ideally overnight, removing from the fridge occassionally to add marinade and beat it more. THe shorter the marinade time, the more you must beat the living hell out of it. Beat it savagely, ruthlessly!

-GRILL TENDERLY and with care, basting with sauce, until it looks and smells really delicious. Remember, you can always put it back on if its too rare, but you can't unfuck it after its dried out! If you destroy this beautiful steak, then you have offended Ong Bak!

-VERY IMPORTANT: let it sit for a minute or two and then CUT ACROSS THE GRAIN. Do it well and it melts in your mouth; poorly, you floss with beef floss.

    Serve with:
    *Stoopidly easy fancy coconut rice
Steamed Veggies. Brocoli works nice. Baby Bok Choy is mo better.

*make a couple of cups of white rice. when its done, mix in 1/2 can of coconut milk/cream and some sea salt to taste.

Then Pig the **** Out while watching old shaw bros movies. Lemme know if anyone makes this amazing exotic delicacy.

    I still support this platform.

Judging from all the strips you made it looks as if only a few of you guys have actually read a Red Meat comic strip. I've made one that remains true to the RM style while making it MA themed at the same time:
