The Lemonade Diet
Has anyone heard of this, pros and cons? I am not going to try it myself but I would like to be informed about it in case I am asked. Sounds a little dangerous.

There are no secret diets. In fact, there are really no successful "diets", only healthy eating habits.
The problem which I have with "cleanses" , is that the authors of such ideas always speak of toxins or waste products.
Which are apparantly stored in your body, because of your sinful life.
So, if there are toxins, surely they could have a chemical description.
The biggest waste product in your body is urea.
It is a breakdown product of proteins.
If you go on a fasting cure , "lemonade diet " , your body will in fact break down muscle proteins to gain energy.
As a result, you loose muscle mass and the urea level in your blood will rise.
That is completely the opposite of what the cleansing process promised to achieve.
Laxative lemonades or teas - will dehydrate you and if used too often can cause electrolyte imbalance. You will be weak as **** when you go training. Even more you haven't had any carbs which give you energy.
( So your calorie burning exercises will be less intense )
Best way to loose weight:
Eat healthy stuff, reduce portion size, reduce calorie intake.

Going on any diet except the "Eat healthy" one is retarded.
Another "TBM is correct" in disguise.
