    Quick question dude:

When you do a routine should it involve ALL types of strectchs?
Shoudl you start from the head and work your way down, or vice-versa, or from the core out ? or from the limbs in ? tightest muscles first ? Last ?

Jesus Christ man. I've been studying this **** for years. You really want me to go back and look up all my books and professors and ****? After you've studied enough, things sort of become general knowledge.
All right. I just wanted to know if you know what you're talking about or just decided to write down what you overheard some guys talking about at the gym.

can u go over some commonly tight muscle groups.. are the quads and outer thighs are usually pretty tight for most ppl.. i forgot what its called itb.. or is that a tendon lol.. but ya , do u know of any remidies and good stretches that .. thanks

.. also i think jykell wanted a difference between dynamic and bouncing.. bouncing/ ballistic stretches are like if u do a butterfly stretch (u kno sitting on the floor soles of the feet together) and when u start bouncing it in an attempt to improve your stretch.. thats bad stuff but ppl do that pretty often..

ITB? You mean the iliotibial band? That's a muscle and a hard one to stretch. But it's great for Self Myofascial Release, another form of flexibility training I'll get into tomorrow.

TBM, don't know if you read his work yet, but there's a Dr. Shim <?> from Indiana University of Pittsburgh (IUP) who, combined with some others, is trying to bring back some forms of ballistic stretching.

Haven't read it yet. And I'm not saying that I'm the be all and end all, or that absolutely everyone regards ballistic stretching as bad.........

However, the large majority of the fitness community still regards ballistic stretching as potentially harmful.

Not to mention that along with questionable reading comprehension skills, anyone who has done any type of research would see TaeBo Master has the correct.

Well maybe I asked that question because I myself HAVEN'T done any research on this subject and wanted to know if this was a guy who knew his ****. I completely missed the "Certified Fitness Trainer" and its authentic colour coding and for that I humbly apoligize to mr TaeBo and his family.
    I'm new, ok?
