All right. I just wanted to know if you know what you're talking about or just decided to write down what you overheard some guys talking about at the gym.Jesus Christ man. I've been studying this **** for years. You really want me to go back and look up all my books and professors and ****? After you've studied enough, things sort of become general knowledge. -

Megalef, did you not read the title under his Alias ? It says certified Fitness Trainer and it's blue meaning the mods have checks his credentials....

ITB? You mean the iliotibial band? That's a muscle and a hard one to stretch. But it's great for Self Myofascial Release, another form of flexibility training I'll get into tomorrow.

Haven't read it yet. And I'm not saying that I'm the be all and end all, or that absolutely everyone regards ballistic stretching as bad.........
However, the large majority of the fitness community still regards ballistic stretching as potentially harmful.Click To Get My Free Training Newsletter... Do It NOW!

Not to mention that along with questionable reading comprehension skills, anyone who has done any type of research would see TaeBo Master has the correct.

Well maybe I asked that question because I myself HAVEN'T done any research on this subject and wanted to know if this was a guy who knew his ****. I completely missed the "Certified Fitness Trainer" and its authentic colour coding and for that I humbly apoligize to mr TaeBo and his family.
I'm new, ok?Last edited by MEGALEF; 2/20/2005 3:53pm at . Reason: gram.
