    Yup... although with my current incapacitated status (broken ankle) I can't and will not be able to train for a while. Sucks.

    Yeah a broken ankle ( though I have never had one) probably will prohibit you from doing much of anything.

    What you could do though is get on the ground and do sit out drills and crawl on the ground with your back.

    Doesn't require much of anything, just the use of 1 leg, which you have.

    Yeah thanks... I've been doing basic exercises and stretches. My right leg has atrophied to a mass of loose flesh... while my left leg is about the same as before --quite big and muscular... they look weird. I'm going to have to work hard on it.
