Still digging on James Brown

I just recently started attending a judo grappling class and I'm getting these burns on the tops of my feet. They are a real nuisance because if the bandaid I put on them falls off while I'm wearing socks the blood sticks to the sock and take a bitch of a long time to heal.
Will my feet get used to this and grow some thicker skin or should I start taping my them to prevent it from happening?

You get used to them pretty quickly.
You say what about my rice?

I'm currently wearing tabi socks to avoid this problem. They're better than normal socks as the toe prevents them from slipping round and pulling the plaster off..

I can't believe a mmaer just admitted to wearing socks commonly associated with ninjutsu. :happy8:

Mat burns are the least of your worries. I hope you aren't very fond of the skin on your hands.
Seriously, man. It's a contact sport...
