So umm is he saying that he wouldn't have learned about "stuff." If I'm following this correctly -1x-1x-1 = -1? I was going to comment on his complete lack of brains on this subject but for that to happen I'd have to grasp what form of lexicography he was trying to use. I'll just call it "unintelligible."

the diet itself revolves around the ABS DIET POWER 12. and 6 meals a day. and smoothies. and one cheat meal a week.
ALMONDS AND OTHER NUTS
BEANS AND OTHER LEGUMES
SPINACH AND OTHER GREEN VEGETABLES
DAIRY(LOW FAT)
INSTANT OATMEAL
EGGS
TURKEY AND OTHER LEAN MEATS
PEANUT BUTTER
OLIVE OIL
WHOLE GRAIN BREADS AND CEREALS
EXTRA WHEY PROTEIN POWDER
RASBERRIES AND OTHER BERRIES
and the workout includes a never rest circuit of 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps of
SQUAT
BENCH PRESS
BENT OVER ROW
TRAVELLING LUNGE(FRIDAYS)
OVERHEAD PRESS
HIGH PULL
STEP UP(FRIDAYS)
KICKBACK
LEG EXTENSION
CURL
LEG CURL
and on mondays wednesdays and saturdays i do 1 set each of
CRUNCH
PULSE UP
OBLIQUE CRUNCH
BRIDGE
GOOD MORNING
I usually substitute harder excercises and on in between days I do 15 minutes of HIIT usually split up betwwen 3-4 machines, and do 1 hour of HIIT on sunday split between 4 machines even though the plan calls for only one day of HIIT on saturday of 15 minutes, but I do it anyway.
