    the abs diet

sorry I left you guys at a cliffhanger, but I realized I haven't the time or materials to do that training program I was thinking of, so I scrapped it. Oh well. I'm on the abs diet now, it's a great book and a great workout compilation. It's a lot less complex than what I was doing. So far, I've gained 6 lbs. of muscles and lost 4 lbs. of fat and it's week 3, though I have to keep improvising on the diet plan. I'm going to have to move again, so hopefully after I do that I'll have more access to a computer, so until then, later days!

So I checked out some cliff notes for the abs diet.... To me it seems like fairly good diet and excercise principals wrapped in extreme marketing hype.

    The good principals:
Eat whole grains, don't eat sugar, drink lots of water, eat smaller portions with greater frequency, excercise more

    The hype:
Eat anything you want, get rock hard six pack abs, lose weight gain muscle. "Great abs will help you live longer, sleep better, prevent back pain, and significantly improve your sex life"

Now my question to baofuhaibo: How the heck do you know excatly how much fat you've lost and muscle you've gained? Are you using skinfolds caliper? float tank?, gas chromatograph?

Haha. Yeah, this is true. However, I'm waiting for that post apocalyptic future when men are once again revered for their power and true manhood. Then we'll be showered by women wanting to carry our seed and surrounded by the trophy slaves of our slain enemies. Time to watch Conan again....
