Strange Dental Question

I don't really want to say why I'm asking, yet.

Have any of you ever injured yourself while brushing your teeth?

I've pushed the inside of my lip too hard while brushing my back teeth. But asides from that, no. o_o....

I have jammed the tip of the toothbrush on the bristle end into my gums before. That hurt.

WE HAVE A WINNER!

Careless and rushed, jammed the end of the brush hard into the gums above my top middle two teeth. ****! That should teach me to slow down. Hurt like hell when I did it 2 days ago. Yesterday, I realized that the bruise actually seems to have spread to where it feels like I took a shot to the nose. Today not much better, gums and nose still ache. How incredible stupid one feels when they realize that they made their nose sore by brushing their teeth. :sad3:

No but chipped composite resin off my front left incisor by flossing (it was too thin) but I got it fixed and it's much better. That was about 3 years ago
