    Is it safe to eat egg whites every day for breakfast?

    I know eggs would be too much cholesterol every single day but what about the whites?

    No wait they were raw. And to wash it down I drank cream and butter and creambutter and buttercream and more eggs mixed together.

    Cholesterol is a necessary nutrient. Your cell walls contain a fair amount of it. If you eat a fair amount of meat, you can leave out the yolks, sure; I'm a vegetarian and I eat them with great relish.

    Then again, I make a shake out of a raw egg and orange juice. I'm a wild man.
    I would liken it to the boxing or the muay thai of internal kung fu, even though that's like calling apples the oranges of the apple world. --WalkOn

    Xango- Ya know cooking the egg aids in digestion and your body's ability to manipulate the proteins in the eggs and raw eggs are just gross, it's like eating snot :-)

    You have no idea how right you are about that, sir.

    The best post-party smoothdown ever is simply: fresh squeezed orange juice, blended with an organic, cage-free egg (wash the shell first with soap and water to knock your salmonella risk down a few orders of magnitude), and topped off with champagne. It's divine. Sugar, citric acid, vitamin C, potassium, cholesterol, protein, fat, alcohol and vitamins, and it's frothy. One will put a smile on your face. Two will plaster you to the couch, and double the smile.

    Fantastic stuff.
