    You've got some cool things on that site.

    Couple of things though.
    If you underhook the arm rather then grabing the back of the head you'll find it much easier to make this throw work. The way the picture shows it you can just duck out of it.

    You want to keep your back foot against their back ankle as you drag them down. It gives them less room to wriggle.

    Thanks Jekyll. I love people nosing around my pic storage. lol.

    Re your comments on the two sequences, you are right and in both cases I'm glad to say that I am already aware of that. The cross-buttocks throw shown is a poor choice in the circumstances and the valley drop contains an artistic error as pointed out.

    Can you guess what the last pic is about?
