There's no evidence to prove Iran is making nuclear weaponry. It is allowed under the non-proliferation treaty to acquire enrichment technology for civilian use; that is what the US is telling it it can't have that. You can't start toppling governments for doing things they're will within their legal rights to do.

Then why have they designed their nuclear program to be nigh-impossible to be stopped by force of arms if necessary on the part of the UN / IAEA?

These are circumstancial features that don't prove existence of a de facto weapons program, but raise the plausible possibility, IMO.

whether or not iran has nukes ... thats irrelevant ... the simple fact is that any sane country (or insane one) that is targeted by the US administration ... is gonna try to get nukes ... and iran will succeed ... sooner or later ... just like india and pakistan ...

what IS relevant ... is that the good ole US of A ... is in no position to stop them regardless of any european support or lack of ...

there just IS NOT enough manpower to invade and hold another mid-sized hostile country ... without conscription ...

just an opinion but i think bush is going to continue his rampage through OIL filled countries. and put a pretty heading on it. like liberating someone else and spreading democracy. then when america becomes more polarized well go into iran. then a draft. then america goes flat broke. and all the republicans blame it on bush. bush says yall voted for me. and then we have no money and all american men 18 to older are in other countries. so then jeb bush tries to get elected.

That's a good question; I don't know enough about it to answer. Possibly because it thinks they're likely to be blown up either way. But if the main point is that if the US thinks Iran is trying to build nukes, it should demand that Iran ceases trying to build nukes. As it is, it's demanding it cease all nuclear related activities, even though Iran is well within its rights to develop civilian nuclear power, and threatening it with dire consequences if it does. That's pretty unreasonable without offering something very positive in return.

The only reason Iran would have to be scared of Israel is because of the state-backed Iranian terrorist group Hezbollah and their constant attacks on Israeli interests, as well as supporting more localized groups such as HAMAS with money and logistical support.

In that context, brown has little to do with it. Israel's racism against Arabs/Palestinians tends more towards housing/job discrimination.
