    Several times I’ve been unpleasantly woken by leg “charley horses.” I get up and stumble to the kitchen and eat salt and milk and they go away in a few minutes. I’ve tried drinking water, milk, and eating salt before bed, but it doesn’t seem to help. The last time I had done bag work and lifted. The workout didn’t seem that hard, what’s the use of lifting if you don’t push yourself a bit?

    Actually, taking Cal-Mag has helped mine (I have the exact same problem). I haven't clutched my leg and fallen over in sparring for a couple of months.

    Always atay hydrated. Also take mineral supplements. Calcium, magnesium, and potassium are the big 3 that affect muscle health.

    Nothing new to add really. Make sure you are hydrated throughout the entire day. Drinking one glass of water before bed probably isn't enough and bananas work wonders.

    I used to get them in College alot, potassium is the key. Bananas are great in potassium but I cant eat them, I get sick when I do, so I asked the trainer and he told me that Strawberries have more potassium them bananas I started to eat strawberries and didnt have them since.
