    Your screen name would make very little sense though :)

    So, what do you do now tbone?

    And tkd fighter, I don't what the point would be really, at least for a while. It's not going to hurt, if that's what you're afraid of.

    It's a personal belief of mine that too much cross-training, or even crosstraining at all, needs to be approached carefully.

    Build a good base (note: "good", not TKD, become PROFICIENT at it, then you can start branching off. People who just jump in to BJJ, MT, boxing, porn, all at the same time, usually develop a lot slower than someone who specialises in one, THEN branches off.

    Of course, you could be Ares, god of War, and kick ass. <shrug>

    I do WC only now, going on about 5years and I finaly think I am starting to get it now, lol. It is a great system if you have a good teacher. And you are open to doing some stuff on your own like finding other people that arnt wing chun to spar against.

    No you should cross train, you would have spent all that time on just one when you could be developing two different systems at the same time: But maybe you should concentrate on one more than the other, go to classes of one of the styles more etc..

    tkd fighter no, do Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing or possibly Kyokusin: any of those will help a lot more with your JKD In My Opinion.
    "Training = pain." - I said that.

    Blade, he's in a good JKD lineage. He's probably already doing "Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing or possibly Kyokusin". I'm doing those and have been from day one of my JKD.
