    I think stretching comes after it has healed up some. It's a little early to start stretching, isn't it? Doing that might injure things more :\

    ice
    compress
    elevate


    day 2:
    heat
    massage
    wrap
    light exercise


    Alternate, stretch only after the injury feels stronger while moving the leg(s). .
