Besides, anyone with Conan in their avatar is infinately cooler than someone with some random chick's head in their avatar! If she was naked, you would have a case...sadly, she is not.
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

I don't have a lot to say about training method but I probably know more than most people here.

    Deadlifts - Yes.
Especially note ronin69's post on switching your pyramid.

Alright, switched the pyramid around, went kinda like this....

    245X8
    255X6
    265X5
    275X4
    285X1

I went to failure on each set...not sure if that was what Ronin meant for me to do, but there was nothing left in the tank for the last set. It definately felt brutal, so probably did some good.

    Thanx guys.

    Glad I could help.
Who, for Pete’s sake! Is opposing science? In fact, we want MORE science by CRITICALLY ANALIZING the evidence-Connie Morris, Kansas State BOE (bolding and underlining part of original quote, red is my emphasis)
