    Here's two

    1. Your opponent raises slightly.
    2. You spin around and give up your back.
    3. You are trying to defend a RNC.

    1. You opponent grabs your arm as you bridge.
    2. Your momentum sets up the arm bar as you are on your side and your bridging arm is secured.
    3. You get armbarred.

Only feel and experience can help you out of this. You're not a ****** for asking, but you have been deluded as to how effective a technique is without practicing it endlessly against a live opponent.

i rolled with eduardo saturday and he let everyone get him in a bad position and then reverse. i went to clock choke on him he reversed it swept me mounted and i tryied to upa like a spaz and he rolled to an armbar. then he proceeded to bitch about how that upa wouldnt work on any but a white belt thats what would happen everytime on highers belts and to change it quick. i didnt feel so bad ass he had already tapped everyone in the class starting from either being back mounted or on all fours.

your paper that you and shuma wrote was great i got reminded again by the guy here saying "do the oompah (luumpah)" or the other guy "throw your hands out and push hard"
    Eduardo "Why'd you stop."

Me "I was kicked in the head by the guys sparring next to me."

Eduardo "Ino what happened but i didnt say you could stop."

Me "Um.. I guess I keep going."

Eduardo "You dont stop until i say stop, you dont get tired until i say your tired, keep going."

Though, in retrospect, having someone give an answer like that in all seriousness isn't beyond the realm of possibility. At least here.
