Fitness Series: Bodyparts?
On another forum I post at, there is an index of worthwhile articles for newbies and veterans alike to look at that's more efficient than the search program, since sometimes the mods know better than the program where information is.
In addition to this, explicitly creating threads meant to be a repository of information on certain topics.
Perhaps if we made a fitness series for specific bodyparts, training areas (cardio, weightlifting, stretching), and such, we could step it up a notch in the content we provide and benefit everyone.
If other people would help out with this, I would start on it today.
I think it's a great idea.
I'll help, but I don't like the idea of just bodyparts, as I'm not a fan of isolation exercises. I can contribute a lot of good compound ideas and alternate training methods though.
