I personally train 3 times per week in 4 classes: Karate (x2), Iaido/Kendo (x1-2), and BJJ (x1). It's tough balancing work and family (wife+1 kid), but I think it's still do-able. I may opt out one of my iaido/kendo classes for a BJJ class, however, because I'm really enjoying the BJJ classes.
