I used to do that treadmill conditioning back in my pro kickboxing days 1 week before I had to make weight. Then I just decided to move up to Cruiser and Heavyweights.

Vargas - 554 cals in half an hour may not be a lot, but it does not calculate how many calories your body burns to repair your body.
