That's an EAS site. Actually, it's not bad.
As long as they don't start sticking their products right in your face.
One thing about Canola oil. . .jury's still out on that one. It's speculated that long-term useage can be detrimental. Keep to the natural oils. (canola is synthetic)

Always Olive oil. Unless you're deep frying or making Asian foods :-)

Sesame oil does tend to smoke faster (lower flash point?).

Well unrefined has around a 350-450ish smoke point depending on how refined it is. Olive oil is around 350-400ish and Avocado has the highest smoke point of 520ish, for those of you who want to deepfry a person.
