    Actually that was TNK and I discussing the fact that Omega's leg locking skillz were beyond my comprehension. I have trouble with positioning, and he's got us rolling over each other for some type of heel hook (although were weren't actually hooking the heel).

    I must say that my seiza improved by leaps and bounds because of that practice session. My feet don't fall asleep until I hit the half hour mark now.

    Sprawl -> step over -> grab foot -> hook other guy's arms with your legs as you roll forward -> twist. I couldn't quite figure out how to grab the foot such that it ends up in the correct position for the toehold.
