    A Basic Greco throw.

Over-under grasp hands in the back of opponent.

Same leg as underhook side step in-between opponents legs

Raise underhooked side elbow and drop overhooked side elbow pinning oppnents arm to his side.

Stay tight. and maintain the locked grasp. (Your foot placement make a "T" with your opponent)

While driving your Underhook elbow high and driving your overhook elbow down twist your body hard toward the overhook (down driving) elbow thus unbalacing and throwing your opponent.

This is a very controlling throw.

    Enjoy.

Make friends with a good Greco-Roman wrestler, and he'll teach you some of the best upper-body throws out there
