Yeah, I've used that a few times to explain to someone how to do a lift. Pretty good site for trying to show someone how to do something rather than explaining it and hoping they get it. Don't agree with all of it, but for the most part it's a good reference.

Hey, there aren't many people on here who are arrogant enough to call themselves experts. We have a few pro trainers, but I've never heard them use the word.

It's a good site, darn tootin'.

^ JKDChick's right too, majority of us are just a few gym rats who's seen some things and learned a few tricks.

    another good site is:

    www.thefactsaboutfitness.com

it is a pay site to access all of it, but the information is very good. the computer at the gym i work at has it cookied so i can access it for free, so i don't know how much it costs. great stuff though.

Basic Membership is $49 a yr, and Mentor Membership is $77. Not terribly expensive, if the info is as good (and plentiful) as you say.

it is good stuff...i have been tempted to paste or link a few of the articles of the site to add to a topic, but i don't want to cut into his business like that. since it is difficult to find good information about exercise on the web, i would feel guilty.

but another good site is: www.chekinstitute.com

kinda commercal but he does good stuff.
