Aerobic activity doesn't "burn" much in the grand scheme of things, this is true. But it isn't very good at improving fitness.
The biology of recovery IS at the crux of exercise/metabolism benefit....but we're never burning JUST fat. -

So what would happen if I did resistance training 3 times a week, but skipped the honey before bed? Is he saying that I wouldn't see any results? I like Don Gwinn's initial assessment.
