    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Training excerpt from elite athlete X

Born an exceptional genetic specimen helped along by drugs and enough monkeying around with heavy things that relative progress was made by sheer accident.

I'm just sharing what he does so some people can get an idea of how a pro strongman trains. Personally, aside from the specialty lifts, this is pretty much what I do:

    MON:
    Clean and Jerks
    Bench Press
    Reverse Curls

    WED:
    Deadlifts
    Bent-Over Rows
    Weighted Pullups

    FRI:
    Barbell Squats
    Side Press
    Weighted Dips

Specialty lifts and exercises usually include plenty of gripwork, sandbags, farmers walks, more sandbags, and pushing my junker of a car down the block in neutral with a buddy steering. I'm no pro so I don't need to train like Mariusz (I actually like Magnus better anyways ;))
