A new recipe

Since people have been asking about basic cooking for nutrition I thought I'd give you a great steak recipe that you can cook up on a grill in a short time.

Steak is a good food when eaten in moderation. Its got calories, protein, it goes well with just about anything you make with it and it tastes pretty good even if you burn or undercook it.

A quick suggestion would be to check out a natural food selection in your supermarket and buy a steak thats not been fed the blood and brains of cows or pigs and thats taken a break from anti-biotics and steroids. It'll cost you only about $2 more.

This isn't going to be a very HEALTHY meal and its pretty simple but I'll explain it because from conversations in PM I assume there are some people here that really dont even know how to make scrambled eggs. Well if you have a grill this is great for after a weight training session at night when you have nothing to do but relax after your dinner:

Ingredients

1. A good quality steak

2. 1/4 oz of good ganja

3. Enough butter to cover the ganja in a frying pan when melted

4. Any all purpose seasoning


Chop the ganja very fine.

Melt the butter in a large pan and throw in the Ganja. You want the heat on LOW(1 or 2 on the stovetop). DO NOT BURN THE BUTTER! Just let the ganja soak in it for about 20 minutes to a half hour.

Set aside and let it cool for a SHORT period of time(just until warm).

In the meantime poke plenty of holes in your steak with a good fork and throw the steak in the pan and let it marinade for a bit.

Next save some of that butter thats leftover and keep it warm.

Throw that steak on the grill and shake some allspice on it.

Cook to your liking.

While your cooking make sure you drizle some of the ganja butter onto the steak tops when that side is done.

Now you have a meal that will satisfy your hunger, calorie and protein requirements AND take away that ache from working out so hard.

I prefer to use the butter in brownies myself. All that protein would cause the 'butter' to be absorbed slowly.

Only PD would assert steak with pot as a great recipe.

The best herb with most meats is oregano/rosemary. Not Mexican fucking dirt weed.

I don't smoke, but I know marijuana strains.

One would want foliage from our northern neighbor instead of our southern one if they wanted to get just as baked as the steak they're cooking.
