Okay guys, thanks for the advice. So basically I should:
- scrap pec flyes. Can anyone recommend a replacement or will bench press be sufficient?
- scrap crunches and do sit-ups instead (i'll look over the other ab exercises in a sec)
- try and go for full squats
- up the weight and lower the reps (someone said 5x5 was a good idea?)
- include deadlifts
- split the workout
That seems to be the core of the advice so far. I'll keep it all in mind.
Edit: I've been reading lots of good things about 20-rep squats. Should I try these or go with the previously suggested low-rep high-weight method?
