I remember bando. Theres only a few people that teaches it here in North America.
I am currently learning muay khymer. Its the Cambodian versian of Muay Thai.

MT and Bando kickboxing are nearly identical. Traditionally, in Burma, Burmese boxers were shorter and heavier. In America, however, the differences in kickboxing are almost nonexistent.
That's not to say the whole of Bando is like Muay Thai. For example, Naban, which is basically Bando groundfighting, is much like Indian wrestling. But the important thing is that it's fun as hell to watch the Bando guys go at it with the Muay Thai guys.
