Full nelson is good for control; get it standing, run him into a wall or corner face first. From the same position, trip them up and fall forward: face plant.

Don't know the neck breaker version, but I imagine I can piece it together.

Has anyone tried a changing it to a crucifix?
It makes sense in my head but I haven't tried it against a resisting partner.

If they're turtled and you can isolate an arm with your legs you can definately role them into it from a half nelson, but to transition from a full nelson is needlessly making life much harder for yourself.

I always hear of these joint "breaks" as different from locks.
Yet after all these years of having "breaks" legal at my school I've yet to see one.
Could one of you please explain the difference between locks deemed "breaks" vs other locks?
I mean other than "breaks" not working.

    1. Take their back, hooks in.
    2. Get a full nelson.
3.Then, when their arms are up....hop your legs way up and figure-four them over the back of their neck!!!!
    4. Replace your hands with your legs, then hop up and fall back down on your butt.
    5. Keep doing this until their neck breaks.

Sorry, but I don't see it.
If you got a shin behind his head and his arms stuck in a figure four(possible I guess if he's a skinny guy) how are you getting up?

Someone said to use it to stabilize a back mount. Could you be on top while they're turtled up, slap on a full nelson, and THEN put the backmount hooks in? Sorta like a step towards backmount that most wouldn't consider... I'm just talking out my ass though.

Seconded please. Most locks can be turned into breaks if you really want to hurt someone, how is this one any different?
