Favorite exercises, a poll of some sorts
This just struck me as something interesting to do. Just zap my answers and put down your favorite exercise instead, one for bodyweight and one with weights/equipment. This way we can share what we thinks works the best and maybe get a few new ideas. I'm a workout junkie so I'm always looking for good stuff.
Neck: Back bridges and neck harness
Shoulders: Military press and wide-grip pullups
Arms: Dips and reverse barbell curls
Grip: Fingertip pushups and Captains of Crush grippers
Chest: Dips and barbell floor press
Back: Back bridge and deadlifts
Abs: V-ups and hanging leg raises
Legs: One-legged squats and barbell squats
Total Body: Eight-count bodybuilders and clean and jerks
Cardio: Swimming and bagwork, hate running but I do it when I have to

Neck/traps: Neck-up - Lay on a bench, feet supported, get a towel and wrap it around the back of your head. Pull down on your head with the towel as you try to lift it.
Football player's neck machine
Chest: Pushups or bench press
Shoulders: Military press, upright row, lateral raises
Back: Deadlifts, pullups or low row
Turkish Get Ups, Bent Press, One Arm Snatch
I really like Hindu/divebomber pushups in conjunction with regular and diamond pushups because they hit your shoulders, and lats where the other ones don't.
