Let's say that you had an additional hour per day for supplementary training, but it had to be solo. What would you work on?
Since I'm in that situation now, I'm thinking about bag work/shadow boxing twice a week and strength training thrice.
Seems simple enough, but I'd still like to hear all'y'all's feedback. After all, maybe I should just be working on my death touch.

You'll have a chance to nap later. Focus. FOCUS!

Hmmm, in that case, I guess I'd say more cardio. Maybe more core work so I don't throw out my back and retire early at 40.

If I had an extra hour to work out, solo, I would spend it either on conditioning or working whatever area I felt needed the most work.

Hrm... practising my dodging and hooks...god I hate hooks (not that they are ineffective, just that I suck at 'em).
Too sick and broken to train

I would spend it drilling anything that I felt I needed work on, or any techniques that I didn't seem to have quite smoothly, and then extra strength training/conditioning. Hell, this time of year, if I had an indoor track, I'd spend my extra hour running, or do some intervals. I HATE running in snow and cold and **** like that.
You're just JEALOUS!
